The first cycle of The Combat Sports Center’s Beginners BJJ & MMA courses have just finished. The courses have been a great success for the coaches and the participants with great feedback being received.
Because of this The Combat Sports Center have decided to start a new beginners course, this will start with enrolment on the 8th of September at 7pm & the first session commencing the following week. Time table below so if you or your friends are looking for an alternative sport now is the opportunity to dip your feet in.

Take the Dock Road out of the City Center towards Dooradoyle. Go out till you get to the Greenpark Roundabout, (the first roundabout coming from the city). Take the Third exit on the roundabout into the industrial estate and go down to the end and turn right. The Combat Sports Centre is the last unit on the right.
