IFS are happy to announce 2 seperate seminars at the IFS gym in Antrim on Saturday the 3rd of March!!

1st Seminar is for MMA enthusiasts and covers MMA and No-Gi grappling techniques from former multiple world Bjj champion and Vale Tudo Fighter Leo Negao. This is a fantastic opertunity to train with one of the worlds top black belt BJJ players and MMA fighter. Leo is former training partner to the likes of Big Nog, Anderson Silva and Vitor Belfort for example. This guy is a beast!

2nd Seminar is an Urban Krav Maga Street Self defence seminar covered by head UKM coach and multiple Krav Maga Instructor and top British Combat Association Instructor Stewart McGill along with Leo Negao.

Each of these seminars last 4 hours long and are £35 each, some people have asked to do both so we can speak to Stewart and Leo and do a deal on that.

This is an oppertuntiy not to be missed from two of the worlds top martial arts and self defence instructors.
