    Fight Sports Clare opens Monday (13/Sept./2010)

    Fight Sports teach Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Mixed Martial Arts, Kickboxing, Pilates and Yoga. They are located on the Kildysart road in Clarecastle.
    Men, women and children are encouraged to train in there modern facilities and programs with a respect for the culture of traditional martial arts. There training extends far beyond the gym, with students encouraged to better their lifestyles, diets and choices both on and off the mats. FightSports is also home to champions in all disciplines. There students compete in local and international competitions as part of their training and self-improvement.

    Leading the FightSports team and offering guidance and support from Miami is head instructor Roberto Cyborg Abreu.
    Roberto Cyborg Abreu began his Jiu Jitsu journey in the city of Campo Grande Brazil. It has led him throughout the globe and brought him numerous prestigious titles. For the last seven years Cyborg has been leading the Fight Sports team in Brazil, the United States, and Canada producing numerous champions. Now the team is coming to Ireland.

    SCHEDULE

    Fight Sports provide classes in Jiu-Jitsu, Pilates, Yoga, Kickboxing, Women’s self defense and MMA.
    Classes are for men, women and children.

    JIU-JITSU (BJJ): Tuesdays and Thursdays 8 to 9:30
    WOMENS SELF DEFENSE: Wednesdays 7 to 8
    KICKBOXING: Thursdays 7 to 8
    YOGA: Wednesdays 11:30 to 12:30
    KIDS JIU-JITSU: Ages 4-8 Mon,Tue,Wed,Thur 5 to 6. Ages 9-15 Mon,Tue,Wed,Thur 6 to 7
